Step 6 – Showing period: One of our professional showing agents will open your property to potential buyers.
Step 7 – Auction Day: Buyers assemble to compete for your property in a competitive bidding environment. The high bidder will execute a purchase and sale agreement and the required nonrefundable deposit.
Step 8 – Closing Process: Our legal department diligently coordinates the closing until the transaction is funded and title is transferred, usually within 30 days of auction day.
